Lyndsae’ Peele, MBA, PMEC™, Realtor® is an international speaker, finance coach, and wealth strategist committed to advancing Black wealth and economic equity. She serves as Senior Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Manager at Kiva U.S., where she leads a national network expanding access to no-fee, zero-interest capital for entrepreneurs in underserved communities.

Lyndsae’ is the Chief Wealth Officer of Kingdom Vision Consulting, an SBA-recognized financial services firm, and founder of Keys to the Kingdom Real Estate Advisors, supporting wealth creation through business ownership and homeownership. She also serves as Board Chair of the Greater Baltimore Black Chamber of Commerce & Foundation.
