Meet The Founder
Lyndsae’ Peele, MBA, PMEC™, Realtor® is a dynamic finance coach, international speaker, author, and unapologetic advocate for Black wealth. With a BA in Broadcast Journalism from Howard University, an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and a certification in Women’s Entrepreneurship from Cornell University, Lyndsae’ has dedicated her career to empowering marginalized communities through financial education, access, and equity.
In her role as the Senior Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Manager at Kiva U.S., Lyndsae’ leads a national network supporting 100+ entrepreneurial-serving organizations (Kiva Trustees), 35+ community-based lending partners (Hubs), and 45+ Capital Access Managers across the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Her work is focused on expanding equitable access to no-fee, zero-interest, crowdfunded capital in historically underserved communities.
As the Chief Wealth Officer of Kingdom Vision Consulting, an award-winning financial services firm, Lyndsae’ fuses her deep banking expertise with her passion for economic development to deliver tailored financial strategies for entrepreneurs of color. Under her leadership, Kingdom Vision was named the SBA’s 2022 Maryland Financial Services Champion of the Year.
Expanding her impact into real estate, Lyndsae’ launched Keys to the Kingdom Real Estate Advisors, LLC, where she now serves as a licensed Realtor® in Maryland. This venture aligns with her broader mission to increase homeownership rates in communities that have long been excluded from wealth-building opportunities.
Lyndsae’ is equally committed to public service. She currently serves as the Board Chair of the Greater Baltimore Black Chamber of Commerce & Foundation, is a certified SCORE mentor, and supports community development through her work with O’Hara Development Partners CDC.
Her powerful voice and leadership have been featured in The Daily Record, People of Color in Tech, Yahoo News!, and she was named to Technical.ly’s 2024 RealLIST Connectors. Most recently, Lyndsae’ was honored as a 2025 Women We Admire honoree by Women Leading Baltimore and received the 2024 Trailblazer Award from The Exceptional Woman Enterprise.

Erin Alexander
Operations Manager - KVC
Erin helps Black women in business gain clarity in their branding so they can confidently communicate their value and sell their offers. Through her Melanin Brand Design Program, clients have clarified their target audience and attracted speaking and consulting opportunities, and she has been featured on podcasts such as Minding My Black Business and Bad Girls Guide to Love with a mission to help 100,000 Black women design the lifestyle they love and deserve.

Sheila Mae Tapia
Executive Assistant - KVC
Sheila is a executive assistant who helps purpose-driven brands stay organized, show up consistently, and connect meaningfully with their audience. She manages tasks such as planning social media, handling emails, and launching new content like e-books and newsletters to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so her clients can focus on what they do best.

Marcus Jones
Client Specialist - KVC
Marcus Jones is a professional with more than twenty years of experience in government consulting and financial services and currently works as a Program Specialist for the Department of Agriculture while running Make Your Marc Consulting which specializes in grant writing and business development consulting. He previously worked in financial services at Wells Fargo Bank and remains active in his community through board service with the Ralph J. Bunche Community Center and the New Village Academy.

Tempestt Taylor
Personal Financial Coach- KVC
Tempestt Taylor is a software engineer in the fintech space by day and a business owner of Temp’s Thoughts. Temp’s Thoughts is her platform, where she shares her thoughts on finance, motherhood, and life-related topics. She has a passion for financial education and literacy which shows in her enthusiasm for helping the pre-RICH enjoy their R.I.C.H. lives. Tempestt Taylor is dedicated to helping others achieve financial success through her budgeting and saving strategies expertise.

Courtney DeRamus, RFC
Senior Client Specialist - KVC
Courtney DeRamus is a proud military brat from Petersburg Virginia with degrees from Old Dominion University and a Master of Science in Management specializing in nonprofit and association management. She is a certified professional in diversity equity and inclusion management leadership and project management and currently serves as Customer Experience Manager at Freewheel a Comcast company while also founding Step Saver by Jovan LLC an online financial education firm.

Maya Stallings
Program Evaluation Specialist
Maya Stallings is a Drexel alumna who graduated in 2021 with a Masters in Public Health concentrating in Epidemiology. She is passionate about data equity in the form of violence prevention and juvenile justice reform. She currently works with the Data Analytics Unit for the City of Philadelphia where she supports the DHS-JJ team by infusing principles of implementation science to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and system-wide initiatives. When she’s not at work, Maya is an adjunct instructor at Drexel University teaching Civic 101 and serves on the Board of The Philly Truce Foundation. She enjoys running, spending time with family and loves baking.
